Mystic Network/MNMC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by KFX Development, based in the Republic of Serbia.

By creating an account on our website or using any of its functionalities, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or any services connected to Mystic Network.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes means you accept the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms:  

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Mystic Network/MNMC and KFX Development.  
• “User”, “You”, “Player” refers to any individual accessing or using our website, creating an account, or playing on our Minecraft server.  
• “Services” refers to all features, content, and functionality offered by Mystic Network, including but not limited to the website, Minecraft server(s), and related platforms.  
• “Account” refers to a registered user profile on our website.  
• “Tebex” refers to the third-party payment platform used for handling donations and purchases. Link: https://www.tebex.io/
• “Community Rules” refers to the official guidelines and behavior standards applicable on our Minecraft server and associated platforms.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of our website or Minecraft server, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of all updates or amendments we may make in the future.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason including (but not limited to):  

• Violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
• Breach of Community Rules;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or malicious behavior;
• Inactivity or security-related concerns.  

Termination of an account does not entitle you to any form of compensation, reimbursement, or refund, regardless of any purchases, donations, or in-game progress.

We also reserve the right to modify, disable, or terminate access to any or all of our services at any time, without notice or liability.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

By using our website and Minecraft services, you agree to follow our Community Rules and maintain respectful behavior towards other players/users and staff. Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent bans from our services, with no refund or compensation.

We do not share or disclose your personal information to any third party, except as required by law or when necessary to fulfill our legal obligations.  

We follow industry standards for data encryption and protection. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access caused by third-party providers (such as hosting services) or malicious cyberattacks beyond our control.

Our services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, functionality, or performance.  

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website, Minecraft server, or any related features for any or all users at our sole discretion, without notice or compensation.

Mystic Network and KFX Development are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. “Minecraft” and related assets are trademarks of Mojang AB/Microsoft Corporation. Most other content, branding, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property.

PAYMENTS, DONATIONS, AND REFUNDS

All payments and donations are handled securely by Tebex, our official payment provider. By making a purchase or donation, you also agree to the Tebex Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.  

We do not have access to, store, or process your payment details — all payment information is managed by Tebex through secure systems.

All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Attempting to charge back or reverse a payment will result in a permanent ban from our network and all associated services.  

Purchases and donations are considered voluntary contributions supporting the server, with in-game items or perks provided as a reward for your support. These rewards are not guaranteed and may be revoked if your account is suspended or banned due to rule violations.  

Purchases do not grant immunity from moderation or enforcement actions.

All items and rewards are digital-only; no physical goods are shipped or delivered.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Network, KFX Development, and their affiliates are not responsible for:  

• Any loss of data, profit, or account access;
• Unauthorized access caused by external attacks or technical issues;
• Service downtime or interruptions;
• Consequences arising from user misconduct or violations of these Terms.

By using our services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume all risks associated with your use of our website or game servers.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
